SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Postage within Australia is a flat rate of $10

  • All orders within Australia over $200 experience free shipping.

  • We post with Australia Post Express Post to ensure fast, reliable delivery of your purchase.

  • Orders are sent with a tracking number (Australia Post). You will receive a confirmation email with parcel tracking details once the parcel has been sent.

  • HAVELI does not accept responsibility for your order once it has been placed into the postal system. Please check all your details carefully before placing your order.

  • Parcels that are confirmed as delivered on the Australia post website are deemed as delivered and HAVELI accepts no further responsibility.

    International Orders

  • International orders are sent via Standard Australia Post at a flat rate of $35AUS.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5-14 days.

  • For all international orders Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. By placing this order, you maybe responsible for accepting these additional charges. If you decline to accept them upon the arrival of your package, you will be responsible for the entire cost of this order and will not receive a refund.

  • We will send you a lodgement receipt and tracking number where applicable, as soon as your order has been lodged with Australia Post.

  • Please Note: Once your order is dispatched it is no longer in our control and again HAVELI does not accept responsibility. Please check your details before placing you order.

    Returns

  • In the case that you are unhappy with your goods, the item does not fit or you do not like it we will gladly offer an exchange or credit note.

  • WE DO NOT REFUND FOR CHANGE OF MIND.

  • All return requests must be sent via email to haveliliving@gmail.com within 48 hours of goods being delivered.

  • All returned items must be recieved back at Haveli within 5 business days of return email.

  • Returns will not be allowed if tags and labels have been removed or if the item has been worn, washed or used.

  • Please include a self addressed Australia Post bag(registered) with your return.

  • Items we exchange for you will be resent at your cost. Your own postage costs are not refundable.

  • We do not refund initial shipping costs for goods returned (other than for faulty goods).

  • Please note that wear and tear to a delicate item is not considered a fault and we will not be able to accept a return in this case.

  • Each garment is inspected by us at dispatch.
